Cruelty doesn’t necessarily make a person bad. Some people are mean not out of any inherent malice but because they are insecure, afraid of making themselves vulnerable to being disliked or rejected. Or, in the case of a brutal, antagonistic, and sadistic female prison guard as played by comely Kristin Rohde on the HBO murder and sodomy prison-life extravaganza Oz, a broad may play tough titty because it’s just not good policy to look like a wuss. And in the course of her Oz tenure, the tender impulses that Rohde’s Officer Claire Howell so viciously tried to disguise with sneering contempt emerged as surely as love must. Then her life really went downhill. There was no problem getting a rise out of Skin Central though, particularly when you get 4 seasons in. Kristin’s character peels off her top and bra to reveal sumptuous nipples and perfect little flesh pillows to a lucky guy. That was the last time we got a chance to see any of Kristin’s 3 B’s, but at least she strutted her sexy bod around as a Nanny in the soap opera As the World Turns, and as Sgt. Sally Rogers in the series Homicide: Life on the Street. While it hurts our throbbing loins to consider a world that does not feature Kristin’s flesh goods on display, at least this hottie is still working in showbiz occasionally. You can find her fighting crime in Law & Order: SVU. This girl has a moral compass that we can’t wait to see broken!
